If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the Romanian rules of arbitration.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
